Good morning, today is Tuesday, April 19th , 2011
Ole Evinrud would have had a birthday today. He was the inventor of a type of motor a lot of people still use today. Some people have to pull a rope to start these motors and others can just turn a key. His invention made a lot of boat oar companies go out of business. Can you guess what type of motor he invented? The answer is on the bottom of the announcements that can be seen on the Tiger Talk Blog.
There will be no spring baseball games this week due to the snowy and wet conditions.
Midterms will go home on Thursday. Teachers, please notify the office as soon as all of your grades are posted.
There will be no homework help on Thursday after school due to Easter break.
There will be a chocolate easter egg sale today and Thursday of this week. Eggs will be on sale for 50 cents apiece. Yum!
Lunch for today: cheese stick, rice, sliced carrots, peaches, and milk
Breakfast for tomorrow: toasted muffin, yogurt, juice, and milk
