John Chapman was born on this day in 1774. He is known for planting apple trees throughout Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania. He is best known by his nickname . Do you know what it is? The answer is on the bottom of the announcements that can be seen on the Tiger Talk Blog.
Any boys or girls who are interested in playing Aberdeen Cougar Ice hockey this year, please pick up a registration form in the front lobby.
Congratulations to last week’s math problem of the week. The winners were: Jace Craig, and Nevaeh Pardick.
A 3 on 3 basketball tourney is scheduled for October 29th in Britton. Any boys or girls in grades 3-12 can pick up a form in the front entryway.
The 5th Annual Richard B Hansen Memorial 3 on 3 Tournament in the Armory at Webster, SD is on again this year. They will have the High School Division on Friday night, Nov. 4th starting at 6:00 p.m. and grades 3-8 will be held Saturday, Nov. 5th. Registration sheets are in the front entryway.
