May I have your attention please for the daily announcements. This is Wyatt Locke.
Good morning, today is Thursday, October 20, 2011.
Mickey Mantle would have had a birthday today. He is considered one of the greatest baseball players of all time. He played in the big apple. Do you know the name of the baseball team he played for? The answer is on the bottom of the announcements that can be seen on the Tiger Talk Blog.
Any boys or girls who are interested in playing Aberdeen Cougar Ice hockey this year, please pick up a registration form in the front lobby.
Family Fun night at the high school will be this coming Friday. From 5-7 will be inflatables and dinner with a free movie to follow. The movie will be Spooky Buddies. A funny film featuring talking dogs. Raffle prizes and the concession stand will also be open. $5.00 dollars gets you in to the inflatables, dinner, and a free movie. Remember to bring your pillows and blankets, or a lawn chairs for the movie.
Congratulations to the Special Education department who passed with flying colors their regular 3 year audit. A lot of hard work goes into preparing for these audits, which are done by an outside federal agency. If you see them today, congratulate them.
The student created t-shirt designs are posted. Please check out the finalists above the milk cooler.
