Good morning, today is Thursday, December 15, 2011.
Alexandre-Gustave Eiffel would have had a birthday today. He designed the famous structure, the Eiffel Tower. Do you know what country and city the Eiffel Tower is located in? The answer is on the bottom of the announcements that can be seen on the Tiger Talk Blog.
YMCA Boys basketball and girls Volleyball league registration forms are now available in the front lobby. Deadline to sign up is December 26th.
There will be a Candy Cane sale today that is being put on by the 2nd graders. Cost is 25 cents and they will be sold over the lunch hour by the water fountain. Proceeds will go to help needy kids.
The student council is sponsoring a snoball dance this coming Friday, December 16th. The dance will be after school from 3:10 to 4:30 for 3rd, 4th , and 5th graders. The entry fee is 3 dollars and there will be pop and snacks available to purchase. Come join us for some fun.
Here is the lunch menu for today: turkey, dressing, potato, corn, pumpkin dessert, and milk
Breakfast for tomorrow: waffle sticks, ham patty, juice, and milk
