There is a basketball and a cheerleading program for kids ages 5 up to 3^rd grade this summer.  The program, Upward Sports, is sponsored by the Methodist Church.  Deadline to sign up is May 3.  More information can be found in the front entryway.

There will be a track meet today here in Groton this afternoon.  Students will need to be on the pavement during times that there is recess and the track meet is going on.  Students must be listening, be aware, and move immediately when told to do so for your own safety.  If a ball goes onto the grass – DO NOT RUN AND GET IT.  You must ask a playground supervisor to go get it for you.  Again, this is for your own safety.
