Every year about this time I receive a check in the mail from Target. Someone set Scotland up as their favorite school, and that someone or some people in doing so provide us with a nice fiscal windfall every year. You can sign up for a debit card (linked to your checking account) at Target if you shop there and they present us with a portion every year.
