I agree, Nancy... our staff just used the Teach With Your Strengths text as a key component of our back-to-school planning week, and the results were pretty amazing. We linked it all in with a discussion of our school's mission, vision, beliefs, and goals, as well as with some of the concepts from the Did You Know? 2.0 video, and asked each person to tie it back around to his/her strengths and how those strengths could contribute to the school. We walked all our PLC's through establishing wiki's that communicated their thoughts, and wrapped up by asking each person to individually commit to steps he/she would take to build on his/her strengths, and to identify technology-based goals that aligned with the strengths in order to move forward professionally this year. This may just have been a tipping point for our faculty, and I agree with your recommendation for teachers and leaders to use these ideas.

Side note: Ironic that you mentioned your colors... last year our faculty looked at their own colors, as well, and there were many comments about how the colors and the strengths linked together...
