Great ideas and the progress you are making is so important. They see that what is happening is important and not just "cool stuff". I've been less successful myself with the administrators in my division. They just don't seem very interested in getting into technology and because I don't have a chance to demonstrate any of this stuff, it is even harder to get them to notice. My staff, however, is very much seeing the usefulness of these tools. We have a staff wiki with a calendar that all staff are starting to check every day and they are reading the news and info items that I post so they don't miss out on something. It has been a great step forward and has reduced the mail that I get from staff immensely. The information items are being posted by some of the teachers as well - reducing that type of talk at our staff meetings. I guess 1 step at a time:)
