I am thrilled to see that you had Modeler as one of the critical attributes of a 21st Century Leader. As you said, when a leader is willing to be vulnerable, try new tools, and share the learning experience, the teachers will as well.

Thanks, Angela for the comments. I'm currently at the Learning 2.008 Conference in Shanghai and this exact topic came up in our first session. The group was composed of bloggers from around the region, as well as a David Jakes and David Warlick. I have a sense of urgency to become a "well rounded" leader who can make change happen for our students.
