This is a great article. I too have a great deal of respect for all the excellent teachers out there who go head-to-head with all sorts of children who are trying to figure out their place in the world.

I think it's important that teachers work together and share their techniques for educating kids of all backgrounds.

I actually read about a great Web site today on Where Families Connect that provides all sorts of free learning materials and methods for teachers and parents with children that are struggling to learn K-12 subjects.
